Achievements: During years 2004-2007 I was acting also as Integrated Service Assurance project manager, implementing ITIL based processes, service modelling and monitoring in EMT. By that we changed working routines for entire Technology Unit (100+ people) but achieved very positive results and feedback. Also received very good marks on satisfaction surveys for employees and internal users during all those years. |

Achievements: During the years 1996-1997 I was also leading the IT project for new office building in Valge street creating IT architecture for the new office, purchasing and setting up the equipment and managing move of computers and other infrastructure from old office to new one. |
